Trimble Sync Manager returns to the Project overview screen. The job is created and uploaded to Trimble Connect. For more information, see Job properties. If required, you can edit job properties in Trimble Sync Manager, for example to edit the horizontal and vertical adjustment settings using information from a site calibration. To change these usually you would make the changes in Trimble Business Center. The job properties are imported from the Trimble Business Center project. If you selected the option to embed the data in the job, expand the Job points section near the bottom of the screen to view details for the embedded points. If you have added any project files to the project in Trimble Sync Manager, for example a CSV file containing a list of control points, these files also appear in the Project files list.īy default attached files are also linked files. These files are created automatically when you sent the data to Trimble Sync Manager from Trimble Business Center. The Job files and Project files lists show the attached files that will be downloaded to the controller with the job or project. Make sure all required files are attached. If you have entered information in the Customer reference field in the Project properties screen, the value in the Customer reference field is used to populate the Reference number field in the New job screen. If required, enter the Reference number for the job. To save the job to the root project folder, leave the Folder location field empty. To avoid data synchronization issues, Trimble Access users should not move jobs downloaded from Trimble Connect to a different folder. If the controller is running an earlier version of Trimble Access, the job is downloaded to the folder.įolders are downloaded to Trimble Access with the project. Subfolders are shown on controllers running Trimble Access version 2020.00 and later only.The name of the job is not included in the 100-character limit. For Trimble Access to be able to use the job, the combined length of the project name and folder names must not exceed 100 characters.If the data received from Trimble Business Center includes points, the only available option is Add to Job. To send the data to Trimble Sync Manager, click Send. If required, repeat the steps above to select different entities that will be added to the same job in Trimble Sync Manager.To confirm your selection, click Add Selection.Select whether the entities will be embedded in the job database, or added to a CSV or DXF file that is linked to the job.
Select how the selected entities will be sent to Trimble Sync Manager.Click Options to change the selection method. In Trimble Business Center, open the project.
